Your Portrait Session

 

Maybe you are considering eyeCandy Photography for your annual family photo, or to capture the arrival of a new little one. Whatever your photography needs may be, here is what you can expect from your custom photo session:

  • A pre-session consultation in person or over the phone so that we may discuss your personal preferences, clothing choices, location, etc. The better I can get to know you, the easier I can connect with you, and your photos will be that much more personal and uniquely yours. Also, discussing and planning wardrobe for your photo session will result in you being pleased with the end result - your beautiful, timeless portraits.
  • A minimum one-hour photo session, on location, that is relaxed, fun and unhurried, yet quick and precise.
  • Digital photo editing in my digital darkroom, including but not limited to cropping, color correction/enhancement, blemish removal, teeth whitening, softening or sharpening, etc. If your child has an unsightly black eye or large scrape on their arm, there's no need to reschedule your session until it heals! I can remove it! Black & white, sepia tone, antique finish, and selective color are available at no extra cost.

THE FINE PRINT - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW


  • All portrait package prices include a minimum 1-hour session time for up to 5 people. I shoot an unlimited number of poses, and allow outfit changes within the alotted time frame.
  • Additional group members over 5, please add $10 per person. Additional session time is available for $25 per half-hour.
  • Location must take place in Desoto County or Memphis (Shelby County) area. Locations outside of this area are subject to additional travel fee.
  • Black & white, Sepia tone and Color select are available at no extra charge.
  • All portrait packages you buy can include multiple poses.
  • All portrait packages include shipping & handling.
  • All portrait packages include a copyright-protected CD of all final edited photos from your session, which can be used to upload your images to a personal website, MySpace, Facebook, e-mail, etc.
  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required within 7 days of booking to reserve your session, or session is subject to cancellation. The deposit serves as a credit and goes towards your final balance. If an unexpected emergency, illness, or inclement weather arises, you may reschedule within 30 days and keep your deposit.  Remaining balance is due upon ordering prints.
  • Proofs are available online 2-3 weeks after your photo session. You will be given a web address and password where you will have access to your photos for viewing and ordering for 14 days, which can also be shared with family and friends.  You will have 14 days to place your print order.  After the 14 day limit, there is an additional $25 fee to re-post proofs.  Payment for your order is due in full at the time of your order.  Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
  • All prints include lustre finish*, and wallets are pre-cut with round edges. *4x6 proof prints are not lustre coated.
  • All prints 8x10 and larger are printed on matboard for added durability & beauty.
